I operate at the intersection of systemic failure and digital sovereignty. This node is the human element behind the code.
The Mission
My work is defined by the “Sovereign Self” protocol. Whether I am mitigating a federal sentence or hardening a server against surveillance, the goal is the same: Autonomy.
This site contains my raw, unfiltered thoughts on navigating the “Dead Time” between incarceration and freedom.

My Interests
Download My resume in document form.To Whom It May Concern:My objective is to utilize my existing technician, network field engineering and project management experience in telecommunication information systems to obtain a permanent project management position. With continued self-driven technology research, I’m able to accomplish field engineering of network architecture, as well as operate and manage a wide range of CORBA compliant network solutions from third party vendors. Team participation, coupled with a quick technical adaptability and understanding of telecommunication networks I have learned are the main plusses in a CO environment. Through an understanding of network architecture and business flow, I have become familiar with many venders, Local Exchange Carriers (LEC), C-LECs, and policies for FCC law adaptation. While my technical strength resides in central office switching environments and Management Information Systems / MIS, I also have PSTN to DMS-MSC translations, Motorola and general Nortel GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) switching operations, DLR, CLR management and engineering experience. Tellabs, Cisco, Fire Bird, Seimens, AT&T, Lucent, Ericsson, T-Bird are a few of the systems I’ve worked with. I have enclosed my resume for your review. I can be reached at 513-766-2001-5836. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from your company in the near future. Sincerely,Willow Cherry
